The point of the story is that women are a separate species, with penis’ semen of their own, called futanarian. As women’s penis’ seed seems to be a secret, there’s perhaps a sinister reason for gender assignment surgery (GAS) being favored by the US and other nations. As women can reproduce without men, they’d have to be a castrated race to accept them.
